College Students
It is a privilege to welcome you to the Division of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Concordia College Alabama.
The Division supports the mission of Concordia College by preparing students to assist their fellow man to live in harmony with their environment. The division offers courses in which the emphasis is to engage students to understand and analyze current events and relevant issues that will shape their futures politically, socially, culturally, and religiously. This allows students to be responsible citizens who value scholarship, diversity, and life-long learning.

Our goal in the Division of Social and Behavioral Sciences is to provide excellence in teaching, research, and service to Concordia College Alabama and the community. Students will learn how to apply knowledge to specific academic and working situations, and they will also be equipped to apply theory to practice.
I encourage our Concordia College administrators, faculty, staff, and alumni to be involved as this educational endeavor will begin a host of other opportunities for many of our students as well as the Concordia College Alabama campus.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any further assistance.
